When you book a shuttle with us, you will receive a text message with your 30 minute pick up and drop off windows on the morning of your service. When your dog is next for pick up, you will receive an exact ETA text. You can meet us out front or we will knock and you can hand your dog to the shuttle staff. Please note the following requirements for shuttle service:
• Your dog must be in a properly fitted harness or collar,• We will use our own leash to clip your dog, for safety reasons as owner leashes can get mucky in the van and can get tangled if they have pods, knots or different clasps on them,• We must have a place to safely pull over or park to scoop your dog, and• You must be available with your dog on arrival or we will require a key or code access to scoop your dog (when pick ups/drop offs are delayed, it affects every other client afterward)
When you book a shuttle with us, you will receive a text message with your 30 minute pick up and drop off windows for your pick up the morning of your service. Unlike the 'I'm home' option, you will not recieve a "you're next up" text but simply a confirmation of pick up and drop off. Please note the following requirements for shuttle service when owners are away:
• For a first time booking, owners must provide us with pick up instructions & access via a key, lockbox or keycode lock. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, we require a FOB.• We will use our own leash for the shuttle, for the safety of your dog and the cleanliness of your personal leash,• We must have a place to safely pull over or park to scoop your dog. Pick ups should take no more than 5 minutes. If you live in a condo complex, if you speak with the conceirge we are often granted access to their loading zone to stop.
